Upgrading to special edition.

I got a question, I upgraded to the special edition, sent the money to the right address, sent the email to store@unknownworlds.com but, I haven't gotten any email back, except for an automated one, am I supposed to get an email sent to me saying that I've successfully upgraded my pre order to the special edition? I sent the pre order information to the email address above, so, did I do something wrong, or is this normal? And sorry for the noob question.

    Don't, everything has to be done by hand, your request may take up to a few days. They'll get to it though. :)

    I wouldn't worry! It's still 10 days away and it's all done by humans, specifically the humans who are busy developing the game in the first place! I'm sure they will get around to it very soon and you'll be squared away for the alpha and black armor in no time. ;)

    I can confirm it's being done by human hand every step of the way (ugh! :P). I just finished step 1 of every single request we have. Charlie and co. will handle the other steps over the weekend it looks like.

    On other posts, the developers/moderators promised we would get the confirmation before the alpha's release, unless it was posted a few hours before, my request was sent in days before, I see a problem here.
