<div class="IPBDescription">What has to be done *before* we get the Alpha?</div>Okay, this is just a quick reminder to myself and everyone else.

> Defrag if the game's not going to be installed on a SSD
> Update gfx drivers, chipset drivers, BIOS
> Run MemTest86+ to see any potential problems with your RAM
> Run Prime95's burn-in test to see any potential problems with overheating (CPU/RAM)
> Run the latest 3Dmark to see any potential problems with your GFX
> Let the AV scan the computer, nothing worse than your PC being busy with sending out mass-email about "Vii 4gra" when you want to play!
> Uninstall Thunderbird/The Bat!/Outlook/MSN/ICQ/Skype/Pidgin, all you need is Steam friends
> Better: Uninstall everything that is not connected to Steam!
> Oh, install Steam and make sure you've got your NS2 key activated (probably should do this before removing all browsers, the only one you'll need is the Steam-Overlay-One)

> Quit your job
> Get food and water supplies for at least 2 weeks
> Leave your GF (gimme her number!)
> Lock the door
> Shut the windows

    It's an alpha so these measures are just to try and make things go as smooth as posible. Not like I'm going to go to that extreme, but I understand.
