cant get on alpha with special order key

<div class="IPBDescription">cant get on alpha with special order key</div>so i preordered special edition long long ago... had my key registered with steam (and resent key to verify special edition) and when i try to load ns2 it says only special edition people can play.... this is me but still cant get on.... anything special i need to do?!.... ahh its killing me...

    Geese!!!! enough of these qustions. Check ur email every once in a while. You get a second code for alpha access in about an hour if ur east coast and you should already have gotten it of ur pacific or central.

    ok one reply was efficient... 5 is a bit much... i had a old cached page load with old info and didnt see first page till i fixed that so yeah .... thanks got it now....
