Email Address Problems.

I got the NS2 Special Edition a while ago December or October and I have it set to send the email to a cox Email address but when you close down your services with them they also close down the ability to use that email. how am I suppose to get the key to allow me to play they game now that I don't have the email.

    Send an email to store@unknownworlds.com, describe your problem, include your paypal email, see what they can do.

    email them or use faq <a href="http://www.naturalselection2.com/faq/game-questions/i-didnt-get-my-key-or-need-it-resent-also-i-want-to-change-m.html" target="_blank">Here</a> and follow that.... the only other thing you can do is what you were already told and email them with your issue what your email was and pray to the hive that they can help you

    The key is not enough, they need the e-mail and the information from where you paid, which is PayPal information.
    If you paid using a credit card via paypal, you have that information. If you have an account on PayPal, you have the information. Just write them with all the required information.

    It is your responsibility to keep all your records, and to inform about a change. If you know that you'll cancel with an ISP then you know that the e-mail will be dumped too, and before that happens you must change that e-mail from the important sites you have or you'll never can change it again.

    Now, if you have the PayPal information then they can listen. If you don't, how the hell they will believe that you are who you say you are? If they don't get a bounce e-mail from your old address then they need something else to make sure you are the owner of this copy of the game.

    I do have the paypal info and i sent them a email and they haven't replied.
