in NS2 General Discussion
If your walking forward and look stright up u will start walking backwards. Even tho your holding w to go foward u go backwards.

No matter where u look if your holding the forward key. U should go forward. Also no im not going to use the ingamefeedback because it requires for me to enable steam in game which is retarded. As far as im concerned this game should not require steam at all and i hope thats how it is for release.

    You do go forward. Once you look further than 90° up backwards becomes the new forward.

    Yeah because that removes lan abilitys. Kinda dumb for the game to be intergrated with steam.

    NS2 is only available as a download... so you need an internet connection to download NS2.

    They aren't going to put this on shop shelves anytime soon, it's not viable for a small company, not when you've got huge distribution through steam...

    They said many times that NS2 requires Steam to work.
    They said many times that NS2 will only be digitally distributed via Steam.

    Also what would you do with NS2 on Lan? It is a multiplayer game only, so unless you're planning on having 10+ people over all the time to lan with you then it is kind of a waste anyways.

    Well its called esports... 100s of people show up and pass a disk around of the game then u play on lan for money.. Also uhhhh ive known of this company and game for 2 weeks. So yeah i didnt know it was online only and didnt see that when i pre ordered. I guess the people making this game are like 2 people in there moms basement... Or something. Ill just go back to cod and check back at this game in about a year and see if its made any progress. Also they need to fix that movement bug. Going backwards while holding the forward button is pretty bad game design.
