Anyone feel skulk wallwalking is a bit off?

Maybe its just me, or the couple years since I played NS up until now clouding my memory a bit, but to me, the skulk wall walking seems to fall off a bit easier. Perhaps its the more complex map walls, or just the fact its an alpha?
Its like unless I am pushing the movement key in towards the wall he simply falls off in half a second. I remember running around on rocky walls (with the angle constantly changing) in NS1 without falling off, what happened? Maybe the lack of air control is also a determining factor? If so, the skulk needs some webbing between his legs and body (not like wings, like the webbing on a ducks feet, or between a flying squirrels legs) and needs air control re-implemented. :P
We also need walk to stick to walls re-implemented. It seems to be extremely difficult to navigate walls and ceilings in the current maps because you fall off so easily with no way to go around a corner.

Thats fine with me and I completely understand that, I wasn't looking to get this changed ASAP or anything. I just haven't personally seen any posts about it on here so I wanted to make sure it wasn't just all in my imagination. I simply remember in NS1 you either had to really try to get off the wall, or you had to (my preferred method) jump to get off the wall (crouching was also an option), in NS2 it seems like its much more difficult currently to stay on a wall.
Like I said, not expecting it to be fixed anytime soon, would much rather have the mouse lag fixed (along with some of the other pretty major issues), but I just wanted to make sure I hadn't gotten out of touch with NS1 THAT bad....
