This has happened to me a couple times. Thought I would post the video. Anyone else having it happen to them?

its a model missalignment. yes, it did happen a couple times to me.

At that point it'd be a mercy killing so he can respawn and not be flopping around on the ground like that. Though it seems he did flop very effectively.

It'd be interesting to see what that marine was seeing to analyze what is happening.
But I guess it was a simple alignment missmatch.
