I have the alpha, I can start it up, but I cant join any servers. When I click Join, the screen goes blank and it says authenticating in the corner, but then the program stops responding.
I am also having a similar problem, i pre-ordered the game with the special armor and now when i try to run it, it says that it is only available to people the pre-ordered. Well, what do i have to do the get the game working again, because i've already played the pre-alpha.
If anyone has any idea's please message me.

I fixed my problem, turns out there was another key i was missing for the black armor that needed to be entered, here's a link to the FAQ page.
