- Some kind of "client and server differ" connection problem
- Some kind of "couldn't connect" problem
- Major CPU load, which is causing servers with more than 8-10 players to be a slideshow. We think we're quite close to fixing this, although it will probably need a few fixes. In the meantime, setting your server limit to 8-10 might be a good idea.
Those are the biggies we're focused on right now. Thanks for your patience guys, we really appreciate it!

When I have 8 or so people connect within the first few seconds of the server starting up, I'm getting a crash. Is this a known issue?
The shadows actually look a lot more pixelated / lower res to me than before... don't know if i'm imagining this though
it's not so much they're pixelated, as they're fuzzy and it seems like the shadows are interlaced.
Any weapon I fire, alien or marine, results in double sounds. I still sometimes get the infinite rifle sound loop which will play for around 30-60 seconds after I fire a rifle shot. Also, while strafing with marines and firing, your muzzle flash isn't lined up with your gun.
This is on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit with a Radeon HD4850 512MB and Catalyst 9.11 drivers.
After joining a server and it finally loading up i'll have 2 maybe 3 seconds in the ready room before getting kicked with the message "could not establish a connection to the server"... when quite clearly i can because i was on it.
Happens on all servers.
Just incase this is different to the problem you have listed.
Surprisingly it was working fine when the initial update was released on Steam, but trying it now gives me this error.
Something external perhaps?
I tried six servers; UWE dev1, g3b2s,3AMG,NSA/W, Tlinuxm, LAN. Most of the msg. was “couldn’t establish connection with server†with a few “client and server differ†I was able to connect to both LAN and servers earlier today before the download.
Anyone else had this problem?

I might be wrong if the text always corrupts before it crashes.
But Editor shows completely wrong polygons, some of them deleted etc. When re creating faces, it generates new polygons which i never draw before. Some rectangular ares are goes triangular areas or some other shapes.
Weapon + Power node = Transparent
Marine:
When you put a weapon onto a power node, the weapon and power node becomes transparent.

Oh and it would come in handy to be able to enter and execute console commands on the actual server console.
Looking at a typical source engine game say CSS the usage i get from that is around 300k / 500k max!
For NS2 it's using around 1.2GB and slowly creeping up, after a game lasting around 30mins the memory usage was almost 2GB.
No idea what is using all that memory, also after playing i noticed a lot of the sounds didn't work anymore?
For instance sounds at the end of rounds.

Also, any player can call reset on any server, effectively being able to destroy any game. Server admins may want to disable the reset command in Console_ServerCommands.lua

Can you post your Operating system and GPU brand?
your computer specs too please
