Can I report a problem privately?

An exploit that would favor aliens tremendously.
I have found an exploit that would allow Kharaa to win without any effort. I reported at GetSatisfaction but discovered that anyone could see the report, so I removed it. I hope no one saw it.

does it have to do with the map leak in rockdown?

I think it's fairly safe to spill the beans during beta. Things need to be fixed. If you catch something like this in the final release, it should be private, however.

Go and report it on Getsatisfaction again.
At this stage is not that important if someone use it, but is extremely important that UWE notices this and fix it.

If it is 2 vents on rockdown having holes in roof, lettign you go outside map, thats kind of common knowledge. And a marine can actually kill a lerk thats outside map if he uses flamethrowers/gl.

If it is flying skulks, I think thats a hilarious bug, and should stay as a harmless feature ;). It is not very good anyway, it is easyer to aim at a predictable flying skulk than at a jumping maniac skulk.

If it is a quick attack at start with a lerk and some skulks (lerk gas, especially ip, while skulks try to kill rines, when all are dead aliens win), thats not really a bug.

how about, the one where drifters can build whips almost fully above ceiling wall, on level geometry that is "cut off" for commander view...
the whip can still attack, seen it attack a powernode

Yeah, the vent issue has already been fixed. The physics collision meshes were never done properly for the vent ceiling prop sections, when those were created ages ago. Shouldn't be an issue in the next patch.

On this note, in Tram, if you blink into the vent near Observation Deck (I think that's its name)
- the one near the power node, opposite some windows that overlook the outside refinery -
by carefully lining it up, you will blink not into the vent, but the space above the rotating fan.
And since the collision meshes have been fixed, you can now no longer get out!
(before, I could just blink out thru the rotor blades or gaps in the roof).
