    either that or its Arc (pronounced "ar-ck")
    - <i>definition</i> - an expression used to articulate a negative feeling towards a fisherman.
    <i>example</i> -
    1. I can't believe that fisherman is using electricity to bring all the fish to the surface so he can catch fish easier. Man, he's such an Arc.
    2. Is that Arc really going to come that close to my boat. Does he not see my line in the water?
    3. If that Arc keeps anymore of the fish he's caught today, this lake will have no fish left.

    I'm not sure which one they mean though.....
