<div class="IPBDescription">What the ammo counter should be like for the FT.</div>The flamethrower does not have a current ammo counter and I think just having a number counter that is saying how much ammo you have left is a bit too unrealistic for a flamethrower.
So, maybe the canister that you put into the flamethrower tells you. But not in a uber obvious way.
My idea is that:
If the flamethrowers use liquid then you can see how much you have left in the canister the same way you can see how much water if left in a bottle.
Or if the flamethrowers use gas then you can see a fading effect on the canister. For example: A full canister has a darker colour (Because the gas is thicker) than an empty one.
I would like to know what you guys think of my ideas and also some of your own.

any more ideas? my idea still has a problem of not telling how much gas canisters we have so that is an issue.
why dont we segment it into sections like a chocolate bar with cuts.
when it goes down the line of the bar, when it reaches the cut section thats when you reload with a canister of gas. then it just keeps going down the line and reloads another canister when it touches each spaced bar of fuel
whos in?
