So when are peak hours for PST players?

<div class="IPBDescription">Does anyone even play? -.-;</div>I pre-purchased about a month ago, I've got to run around with a friend that I got to pre order with me to see all the improvements that were made from ns1, I played it quite a bit and enjoyed it while my friend hadn't played it at all. I think this game can be great, although it definitely feels beta atm. My problem is that I can't seem to play with other people because no one is ever on. As I speak there were only 2 populated servers, the Unknown Worlds Test server which was passworded, and NS2 dedicated server which was full. Aside from those 2, theres 3 other servers that have 4 players each on them which are all UK\Aussie 250+ ping servers.

During this month I think I've only had the opportunity to play 2 games that had more than 4 people for about 30min...is there a peak time that PST players come out of the woodwork? Kind of sad really, I feel like I've wasted $35 at the moment, I wish I would have waited till release or after when I know if this game will be popular or not.

I see quite a few more servers than that, since you're PST your best bet is early evening. Patch nights are always busy. The reason most people don't stick around after that is because the performance is just too rocky to be fun for more people. You should start seeing more populated servers with each patch that improves performance.

I've seen on our servers everything from 7pm to 2am. You find a lot more traffic right after a patch. If the patch is in the middle of the week you will see a major increase in players on the Friday after the patch.

    Where are you playing from?

I've always been able to find servers in Europe. Playing from Asia is harder, you have to join Aussie/US servers and often get timeout when trying to connect.

After the game is released on steam we'll see many more players and servers.

Not any help with the PST side of things. But presumably you would expect around 6pm-10pm local time would be peak time, that would give people time to get home, have dinner etc etc then jump on for some gaming.
Im located in New Zealand and i find this to be the case. We have 2 NZ servers which will get the odd game with more than 4 people, but then theres the AUS servers which are only a 60ms jump away and they can be full between that time frame, Australia is 2+ hours behind nz, so im still going well past midnight :D

I'm playin from west coast USA, I guess I'll try later at night then, I normally get on around early evening like 5-8pm pst. I hope we get more people to fill servers, would be nice :3

Well I'm a PST player, if you want add me on steam: FrontlinerDelta.

Yeah seems to be tricky to find a game sometimes.

Yeah, PST players tend to get the shaft in population. EST players get the tail end of Euros online, and at the end of their day PST players come on.

Of course, this assumes you can get decent pings across country.
