says that my email used for pre-order is not on file

i pre-ordered NS2 today and entered my email when buying but for some reason i did not get an email in junk or inbox also when i go to the help for "Please enter the e-mail address you purchased NS2" it says my email is not on file. Please help :/

you dont need them to answer the question, there is a linki in the help that lets you reask directly for the key, this is an automated process.

no the reason i made this was because i didn't get the email and i already tried the key retrieve and it says my email is not in there logs but i did pay for with that email. i have the receipt number i got from the purchase as proof :/

They are around 6/7 hours behind UK time, which means they are still sleeping. There must be a support e-mail address somewhere. Just be a little patient, UWE are human and need their rest :)

You might have typo'd your email address when you ordered the game. Make sure you get ahold of them with the approximate time/date of your purchase, so they can see if they got an email address a key off from yours or something. (they might need more info, but I'll let them figure it out)

Basically, if you can prove that you purchased the game, I'm sure they'll get it straightened out.

if there was just an easy way to get in touch with them to sort it out. but as it has been said many times they are a small company so i guess ill have to wait a bit to find out what to do :/
