<div class="IPBDescription">something more gritty</div> Howdy. NS's futuristic shotgun ain't bad, but I'd perfer a more old-fashioned look.

Heck, even a conversion from CS would be awesome. Here's my favorite CS model page, for reference.

I was about to drop my CS M3 model into my ns/models folder, but was afraid it would crash the game or something.

The animations would have to be checked and edited.

Then the NS arms would have to replace the CS ones.

Then it would be ready to go!

I was trying to do this one a while back, but gave up when I messed up the anims and consistency checks went up. If anyone could do a proper conversion of it, that'd be fantastic. Simpliciy is beautiful, after all.

Really, don't worry about consistency checks, there are plenty of servers that don't have them enabled.

Heh - I've never liked the default shotgun much. It looks too wimpy to be the mighty instrument of skulk-death it really is.

I've always liked the High-Def Shotgun for half-life. I think it looks pretty high tech but still has the old shotgun feel.

The only problem with the default ns shotgun is that it has a smallish feel, they need it to be bigger and bulkier. A real he-man's shot-gun!!!

I'm hoping to convert the AvP2 shotgun. That's a sweet bloody thing, right there. I love the snub-nosed, stocky look on it.
