i live in the uk and i'm wondering how many others there are?

i played NS1 and love the look of NS2. wondering if there are many UK based games going on?

ballpark lots, yes or dozens are fine, but "a few servers that always have players" is more helpful lol.

    on the top left there is a link that takes you to the server list + players where you usually see the country in which the server is.

    thanks, i'll keep an eye on that.
    plenty of european servers i should have no problem with. just need to see how well they populate.

    Also have a UK server up. Currently called "connect 109.70.148.28:27025" because thats what you have to type in console until the next patch is released!

    I play occasionally! There doesn't seem to be any shortage of active European servers - like everyone says the trick is to join an empty server and it will fill up within about 10 minutes.

    In NS1 there were quite a lot of UK based players and public server communities and I'm sure they won't be able to resist giving NS2 a go.

    There are quite a lot of UK players out there, YO Clan are from NS1, but we're transitioning to NS2. :)

    And btw. the language on the servers (wherever they are) is usually english.

    Probably GamingDeluxe NS#1 or similar. Will give you a shout when the patch is out and we change it

    cool, so there are a few. need to have my cash sorted out before i pre-order the game (and have to convince the feonce to let me :P)

    am interested in joinging a clan and playing matches. i'm a student so the summer's pretty empty for me.

    There's plenty of UK players, unfortunately I've noticed that past 10 at night for us the servers die out and we are left with having to deal with huge pings on the American servers, while i admire our cousins across the pond for their enthusiasm when playing NS2 and their ability to get REALLY into the game, the high latency just ruin it.

    I don't have time for a clan as such, but Im always looking for good co op players to play with.

    I notice there is a steam group called Natural Selection 2 UK (NS2UK).
