Trolls.

Please add in the ability to votekick people, and the ability to see who is talking and mute them, i'm fed up of trying to play with trolls spamming music and dancing around the ###### spawn not helping or jumping in the comm chair and building a bunch of ###### or selling it.

    In Beta 180 you will be able to see who is using the mic, and mute them if you want to.
