Mic didnt work

My microphone didnt work ingame.
It works in Windows, Mumble, TS, Steam and other games but if i push the talk-button ingame, nothing happened.
Is there maybe a consolecommand for loudness or something like that ?
OS: Win7 64bit
Mic: USB Headset with own Soundcard (Socom PS2 Headset from Logitech)
I disable the Xfi-Mic, reinstall the driver, try different usb-ports.. nothing help.

Im sure, i dont need to activate the mic in steam in the past. Cause it use the windows-mic settings.
