System Spec Test

Wondering how 'smooth' it will run
Hey guys,
I was thinking about getting in the NS2 beta :) Especially as I loved NS1. Just wondering about system specs, in the FAQ it says it is looking to make it run smooth on an average spec. I play on a laptop (I know not so great) but the spec:
2.2GHz processor, 4GB ram, Geforce GT 240M and has windows 7 home premium 64bit version.
Will this run natural selection 2 smoothly? Or am I lookin at a system upgrade? (I dont mind if its on low graphics)
Any replies are appreciated, thanks

Your guess is as good as mine, which is as good as the next guys which is as good as the next and so on.

The honest answer is we honestly don't know.

No, that is not enough for NS2 in its current unoptimized form.
I'm sure you'd get under 30 fps with that setup.

If the 2.2Ghz CPU is a Core2Duo, then my laptop is exactly the same spec. You'll get about 40-50 fps in the RR, with about 20-30 fps in-game. But it's always improving.
