What the hell is wrong with my in-game text? (blurry)

Ignore my piss-poor resolution.

In this photo, I'm running the game at high settings.

My specs are:

Intel i5

Intel HD300 (not a gaming card, I'm aware, but it can run tf2 and UT3 at max)

Anyone know how to fix this?

looks like low resolution to me.
What screen resolution are you running the game on?
Also, im betting a Intel HD300 is going to run piss poorly in NS2 the way it is now

Oh, it most certainly does run poorly.

And, the resolution isn't the issue.

When I run the game at my laptop's native res, the issue persists.

    the native res is 1366x786

It has to be some sort of text rendering issue.

Looks like you have morphological filtering turned on in your driver settings.

What you need to understand about morphological filtering is that it is not really anti-aliasing. It just looks for edges in the picture and blurs them (thus the text is blurry).
