in-game voice still low?

I know there used to be an issue with the in-game voices from players being low, when I tried playing yesterday i could however <i>almost</i> hear what ppl were saying.
have there been any change to the volume the last few patches? and if so, could the volume be boosted even further?
i currently have voice at 100% and other effects near the 5% mark.

I turn my music down to 25% volume, and it still overpowers NS2 stuff.
