after i've sent you 3 emails regarding this issue i now will try it here.

i changed my mind about ns2 and would like to cancel my preorder and i'd like my money back.

    Last week was quite busy for the devs with them being at the <a href="http://www.gdconf.com/" target="_blank">GDC</a>. You can get in contact with them regarding refunds using the following email, store@unknownworlds.com

    tried that since 8th hence the 3 messages, but if you say they've been busy with the gdc i'll be more patient.

    Might I be so bold to ask the reasons you're requesting a refund? They do issue refunds, don't worry about that. The delay is most likely related to them being very busy the last well, last few weeks actually. However feedback on what's troubling you about the game is always interesting to hear.

    -Don't feel obliged to post your reasoning if you don't want to, I'm just curious :)

    no problem.
    its just simply not my type of game, i've played savage, savage 2 and nuclear dawn, never really enjoyed them much.
    ns2 was an impulse preorder because i've heard so many good things about it, i can understand why ppl like it, but i just dont enjoy this sort of gameplay anymore. allthough i loved alien vs predator 2, weird.

    Fair enough, I've got a bunch of games on my Steam that make me question my reasoning as to why I purchased them :P
