Chat not showing up?

Since build 201. If I hit enter a box comes up and allows me to type and hit send. But it doesnt appear anywhere and I dont see anyone elses text. Suggestions?

I'm to blame, update has been put out to fix it.

I had absolutely no HUD and horrible lag when I tried the latest build, I ended up making the NS2 directory an exclusion in my anti-virus software and that solved it for me. I'm not sure if it's related to your issue or not but it may help.
