Preordered NS2, key duplicated

Sent a email two times (2 weeks ago and 10 minutes ago) to store@unknownworlds.com, they insta-answered me with an automatic response, nothing else. The email contained the CD-Key and the PayPal order receipt.

I think someone had access to my email at the time of the preorder and he activated the key... so please delete that key and send me another...

    Did you buy the game after the 24th of March? If so, I think you need to contact <a href="http://www.humblebundle.com/contact" target="_blank">Humble Bundle store</a>.

    Totally sure, when I activate the key Steam sends me the "CD-Key Duplicated" error. I'll hope Unknown Worlds answers me soon, otherwise I will have to open a dispute at PayPal... I am waiting almost 1 month.

    I mean is NS2 in your gamelist? Take a look. Have 2 steam accounts and you may have activated it there?

    I know dumb questions but happend alot in other games.

    Thanks Unknown Worlds, received an email with a replacement key, worked perfectly. I hope the other used cd-key goes deleted from the Steam database or something like that...

    It's a big story... I had a friend.. we were best friends, he had access to my email... we had a fight and he wanted revenge. Now I want revenge... lol, I have their Diablo II and StarCraft II keys... lololol

    PD: When I activated the key on Steam it says that I activated "Natural Selection 2 Beta"... seems like an obvious question but... when the game releases I will get the full game too, right?
