It currently shows only active teams with roster properly set up. The <a href="http://ns2stats.org/team/team/12" target="_blank">roster of duplex</a> has only 3 players set up that's why it's not showing up. Your team leader or admin needs to invite other players to the team.
We multigeming community, ns2 is one of the games that we play want to start playing together. We invite anyone who does not have problems with communication in our language :).
