I think I might know the answer to this already, but can anyone tell me if there's any chance the below would run NS2?

This laptop doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. Forget about running any recent games with it.

I can run Starcraft 2 and other source games (CS, DOD, Portal, TF2) with it, but I'm guessing that won't cut it?

NS2 isn't a Source game. It has its own engine, which is currently quite non-optimized, so you still need a beefy computer. However in time, it will probably have modest requirements. I doubt that integrated graphics will cut it though.
