Any way to hide weapon/mouth?

When playing as alien I often lose track of the marine when I bite. While it looks cool, I'd really like to hide it.

That's the point of the bite animation. It makes it harder to chew through marines. Turning it off would actually be cheating, so there's no option to do so :D

Ahh, I had a feeling that might be the case.

Aright guess I need to get used to it.

Try and time your bites, instead of just holding the "bitekey". It works wonders, the thing about the mouth cam is that if it wasn't there the Skulks would be WAAAY to powerful early game (has been tested :P), besides it is quite an unique perspective giving the game its distinctive look

The bite animation is a bit better in NS2 than NS1 imo.
