  you activate your key on steam, download the game through steam, and play it.

  go to your games library and see if ns2 is listed. if it is, verify the cache.

  ok, well what steps have you taken to resolve it so far?
  have you tried re-requesting your beta key?
  have you made sure you activated the right key?
  have you tried reinstalling steam?

  I try entering in the beta key but i haven't restarted steam let me do that really quick
  
  Yea i restarted Steam entered in the beta key now it's saying it's invaild instead of saying i used the key already :P
  
  I got it working guys i had to re-install steam and all of my games :P

  Idk :P when i un-stalled steam all of my games un-installed too idk why but it's all good i'll have them done by tomorrow morning.. i only had 8 games anyway
