Preodered it and didn't receive anything

so.. i purchased this game today (pre-order)

and i didn't get any purchase receipt from paypal and NS2 beta key via email...........

can someone tell me what's going on here?

    It's weird that you didn't get a receipt, especially since the money has been transfered. No worries though, just send the e-mail to store@unknownworlds.com and they'll take a look for you. Since the money has been transfered, it can be looked up and they'll get a key sent to you ASAP.

    Let us know if you need any more assistance.
