Crashes during loading

Whenever I try to join a server the screen goes black and eventually I get the message:

EDIT: By disabling my second monitor I got it to work.
CONCLUSION: The game does not support more than one monitor (!).
EDIT: Nope. It still crashes during the loading screen. What happens is that I try to join a server, it starts to load and then it freezes and I cannot ALT+TAB out of the application. If I wait a long time (between 10-30 minutes) I get the error message written above. This happens _regardless_ of whether or not I have only one or more monitors activated.
PLEASE can someone give me some feedback!?
