How do I redeem the bonus preorder copy?

First of all, thanks to the devs all around for being so nice and giving away free copies of the game after the price change :). Really makes me want to say good things to everyone about NS2.
That being said, how do I go about redeeming this extra copy of NS2? There is no NS2 in my steam inventory. In fact, I don't even have a "Natural Selection 2" in my library list (if I go to the steam store page it says I already own it, but it doesn't show up in my Community Games list either). I do however have a "Natural Selection 2 Beta" in my library.
Will it take a few days for the gifts to be sent out or am I just experiencing some kind of unique problem?
