thanks for distributing the Free Copies.

The Problem is you have send the copies to <!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Natural Selection II Pre-Order Retail <a href="http://cdr.thebronasium.com/sub/16534" target="_blank">http://cdr.thebronasium.com/sub/16534</a><!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->. I did purchase the game back in 2010 where the Subscription was called <!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Natural Selection 2 Beta <a href="http://cdr.thebronasium.com/sub/4287" target="_blank">http://cdr.thebronasium.com/sub/4287</a><!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> which did include the Beta.

So apperently you´ve only send half of the free copies maybe. I would really appreciate it if you can distribute the rest too.

    Well if you take a look into the Steam registry the Subcription i meant above did get a Free Copy.

    Hello I preordered the game directly on the website 2/3 days ago, naively thinking that it will get me into the beta but nevermind i'll wait the release. I also just saw on steam that i have a copy to gift aswell, I thought that it was something reserved to people who preordered a long time ago...

    The extra copy is for those that bought it before the steam pre-order started.

    Steam orders now only get a free upgrade to deluxe edition

    Since there hasn't been anything official, I'm pretty sure nothing has gone out. I'm quite certain that we will get an announcement when they go out.

    Thanks for the reply but the steam pre-order already started when I bought it on the website. I guess i got a similar key to people who preordered before, anyway i'm not saying no to an extra copy!

    Yepp you got it. All "old" purchases didnt get it yet. While the latest Pre Orders from the Website did get their.

    I've tried to be patient, wait, and ask them when it's coming to preorderes...there's been no additional word and now this happens.

    I don't mind free copies but I don't want UWE to go bust because of all the copies.. how about we give free users a freeloader icon and they can only remove it by making a mod or improving the ns2 community
    or go f2p with crazy hats!

    I don't really see how anyone is losing out here. If by accident the new pre-orders are getting a free copy too, we 'older' pre-orderers will still get ours.

    I am beginning to wonder who they will sell NS2 to though, if they give it away free to everyone! ;-)

    Im sry but you actually missed the point. The point is that half of the people who bought the game bfore it was on steam got their games and older pre orders dont have their copy yet cause UWE may forget that there were 2 Pre Order Subscriptions for NS 2 with Beta Acess.

    I do not understand the original post, please rephrase what you believe the problem is?

    The free copies are in the hands of Valve right now. We do not know if they have sent them out, but we do not believe they have. When they go out, we will make an announcement.

    To clarify: If you pre-ordered on Steam, you will not receive a free copy. Free copies are being distributed to those who purchased before Sept 4. The free copies are non-Beta Standard Editions (Green armour).
