Question about beta

So I traded for a preorder copy of NS2 on Tuesday or Wednesday (4th or 5th) and when I redeemed my ticket or w/e it gave me the ability to install the beta. However, I cannot get passed the main menu. I was able to get around it for a little bit, but my game always crashed after a short time in any server. I tried reinstalling the beta and now I cannot get passed the main menu screen no matter what I do. Is this a problem or did I just order too late to play the beta?

NOTE: I have already tried the solutions posted on the troubleshooting thread in technical support forums.

    If you can launch the game (i.e. You can see the Play--Training--Mods--Quit menu) then you have access to the beta.

    If you just have crashing, then it's a technical issue. One thing to double check is to make sure you have the most current versions of directx/ physx (if applicable)/ video card drivers installed.

    Also make sure nothing else is running.

    If you still run into the problem, try going into Training and making your own server, and see if it still happens.

    Keep posting in the tech forum, and we should get enough people to help you.

    I actually have this same problem I purchased in 2009 and I could get in to the alpha but it was not playable (had the same options) so i keep checking back with no luck. Now it takes me to the NS2 main screen but now I have no options console says im not in any subscription. I use to be able to make my own server but now its just a background with music playing and I cant select anything.

    So did my privileges get taken away to access beta as well?
