There seems to have been some confusion on Valve's part, with copies rolling out slowly and to different groups of people. I wouldn't worry, you should get yours soon.
From seeing lots of these threads, I'm fairly sure that if you have the special edition you probably don't have a free copy yet. Valve would rather mistakenly hand them out to steam pre-orderers then black armors.

I haven't got mine yet, I know some have. But even if I got it, my friends wouldn't be able to play with the free copy, so i would rather gift it later, when they can actually start playing. So for me this isn't really a big concern.

Same like you Xarius, I pre-order the game at the begining with the black armor edition but stil nothing. We must wait some more time , they dont forget us, isn'it UWE ? :)
