On topic, Charlie said on the stream this tuesday that enough people have been asking for it that they should be adding it. Here's hoping its sooner rather than later.

There is currently a hard limit on how many keybindings can be in the engine. that limit has been reached. So its either jump or last weapon ;)
Don't worry, its something that can be fixed after 1.0, but with the feature freeze now it would be a change that is too big. But with the amount of people (internal and external) asking for it, it will surely come.
In the meantime, i have weapons 1,2 and 3 bound to mouse 3,4 and 5. works perfectly

Not sure if troll response from the playtester, but fsfods menumod has the option. How nice it will play with UWE's consistency checking in build 221 I don't know.

I'm still very used to have the "last weapon switch" for parasite/bite as skulk from my NS1 times.
