Longer in-game name and server favorites

Please add 5 characters to the in game player names.
Please add favorite servers in the browser.

Does regen stack with healspray for gorges? lol.

Spend some more time on taunts to make sure they're especially funny.

Fix the bug where players get a white screen as aliens when using the fleshlight or go cloaked.

    The game names are shorter than in NS1 currently. Obama read from his teleprompter that we should go FORWARD and make PROGRESS, let's be suckered in by the rhetoric and make in game names 5 characters longer, thanks!
