Lerk flight 222/223

Since the last (non bug fix) patch, the lerks flight has been extremely off.
it feels like i have far less control over my velocity while in flight. Turning around midair has become extremely weird, leaving me floating in space for a moment before making the turn.
Its making dodging marine fire really hard as flight becomes either predictable or non existent.

As far as i saw the only adjustment was to strafe speed, but it seems to have taken some effect in raw turning. As far as i felt, lerk flight was in a really good, tight spot previously.

Did something go wrong and is there plans to address this?

I've noticed the Lerk doing a strange hop when landing after flight, as if doing a crash landing. I haven't noticed any flight problems though.

It seems to me as well that the lerk flight mechanics have changed a lot.... e.g. flying towards a marine, biting him, after the bite being draged to a direction you are clearly not aiming. Sometimes it seems to me, that the lerk is refusing to fly for 1 sec after bite, but i haven't figured that out yet.

^ Noticed that was well, in combat i'd go for a marine and do a sharp turn, just to find myself floating backwards :o

The only things I've noticed are that you can hit walls and objects without losing speed and that slide when touching the floor with reduced speed loss (which can be abused for extra speed).

    Turning seemed normal to me.

I seem to get this too sometimes, very strange. Also, I'd like to argue that its flight energy cost is still too high and its spikes still too inadequate. Please give the lerk spores back at T1 and give him some proper spikes at T2.

Darn, didn't know you could slide as a lerk! You learn something new every day...

You're bouncing up and down a lot. Bad suspension?
