As we gear up towards our big day, we are starting to reach out more to press. The traffic and sales we got from TotalBiscuit was absolutely incredible, spiking our sales by 2600%! The more we look into marketing, the more we realize how important YouTube is.

So we'd like to reach out to some of the bigger YouTube folks out there, in the hope that they will play and talk about NS2. It will take us hours to find the most targeted and best YouTube channels, and also to find their contact info (usually you have to hunt around for an e-mail address). So I was wondering if this is something any of you wanted to hepl us with?

    EDIT: Yogscast has indeed a big community, and they recently started with "Fan Fridays" where they play random games, so maybe they can do this?

    I'm sorry to put this blunt and 'possibly' in an offending way but fans of yogcast usually consists of 'herp-derp' types that'll get shot in the face and ask why you did that in a game where you're actually supposed to kill other players.

    Seriously if that 'segment' of people get the hang of this I'll ******* cry, especially if I'll ever dare to set foot in a pub game.

    ANYTHING/ANYBODY else but the yogcast! `;..;´

    I don't know whether its his kinda game, but I would potentially also look into UberHaxorNova and the creatures. Could get a nice team vibe going on there, though they predominantly mess around when they play, which can be entertaining too.

    Yeah, there are herp-derpers, but what channel doesn't have those? And most of the herp-derpers only watch the minecraft video's so don't worry about them.

    Also, i met quite a lot of really nice people from the yogscast community, and they are chilled and nice, reasonable people so i think if possible the yogscast should make a video. :-) (i'am really annoyed by some yognaughts too :p, but their NS2 video should only attract reasonable people)

    <b>Angry Video Game Nerd</b> / <b>jamesnintendonerd</b> <- this guy only reviews ancient classics afaik (we're talking NES here, newest game i've seen reviewed was for N64), making his popular AVGN episodes (so popular in fact that he's working on a big scaled film right now). the other stuff he's doing is related to old horror-movies, board games and general "bullsh*t".
    however, his RL buddy "motherf*cker mike" sometimes reviews newer games on the same webpage (<a href="http://cinemassacre.com/category/avgn/" target="_blank">http://cinemassacre.com/category/avgn/</a>) but they are usually for consoles.

    I really enjoy videos made by Criken - he does a great job of capturing all the weird moments in games and somehow makes you WANT to play them.

    Pewdie doesn't play multiplayer games that aren't cooperative.

    Already has a let's play on NS2, he did get a lot of stuff wrong but he really enjoyed the game. Keeps on talking about it in podcasts and has done some stuff for Machinima in the past.
