I know NS2 looks good, but we're not talking about a game made by a big AAA studio here. This is an entire ###### game made on an engine built from scratch made by a very small team. What they have accomplished here is honestly unheard of and astonishing. NS2 is not using unity, it is not using source, it is not using UT3. This is an engine the lead programmer build from scratch for the most part alone.
Please be patient, there will be bugs, they will be squashed as soon as possible, but the NS team is not Treyarch, they can't afford a bug testing squad to rival big game studios, nor a programming squad of similar size.

d3 and swtor died quick with no support<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> That's what they've been working like mad on for the past few months. Trust me, the difficulties today are tiny compared to what beta participants have been through. The active player base jumped by a factor of at least 10 today, there's bound to be some issues with networks, system compatibility, etc. and they'll be fixed as soon as possible.
And UWE are about the last developers that would ever drop a game with no support.

AAA studio or Indie doesn't matter. When people spend money on a product, they expect a working product.

Dems the breaks.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Or they can be reasonable human beings and evaluate whether the company they are participating in a financial transaction with has legitimately ripped them off or not like the vast majority of consumers are. Especially us games industry types who are pretty used to day 1, week 1, what not patches by now.
If you're getting crashes/bugs, tell us in the forums. Many of us are fine, but if problems occur, let us know and we'll respond.
And I must say that the dev team should be commended on this release. There has also been plenty of feedback for a while now, and the playtesters as well as the devs (they even hosted several Q/As...) are very vocal here.
Not trying to defend bugs, but I'm just saying. ________
Now, back on topic! Need to beat CS:GO to get in top 10! If we do that...

Yea MMO's, FPS games don't tend to have such a problem considering servers are individually hosted.
