Status of precaching issue

<div class="IPBDescription">Devs?</div>Any news on this problem? game crippling for a lot of people. Haven´t seen anything posted on twitter or facebook, wondering if we will see a fix today.

    tons of error during precaching cause the game to crash.

    Have you tried to reinstall the game? The download is only a few minutes long.

    Yes along with verifying, reinstalling physx, directx, c++ redist, messed around with folder permissions, sandboxed the game to run it independant of everything else, and nothing worked. I burned precious IT brain cells taht I need for work trying to fix this. A game became part of my job sadly :(

    Im on vista 32 bit also, maybe the prob is with 32bit systems?
