Can not find additional NS2 gift

Hey guys,

I bought the Pre-Steam Pre-Order standard edition, which should have an extra copy of NS2 included - but it's not in my gift inventory or anywhere else.

Have the additional copies even been distributed yet?

    Yes the free copies have been distributed. I believe you should contact Charlie via charlie@unknownworlds.com if you've not received a free copy.

    I haven't received mine either, or the black armor I don't think.

    Both the black armor and free game key were emailed to the account you registered with when pre-ordering on the site (If you pre ordered on steam it will be sent to the steam email)

    Thanks! I think that will fix it for me. I was apparently grandfathered in from an engine test a long time ago, and didn't even notice that I hadn't redeemed my purchase!

    Perfect! Hopefully you try your hand at mapping for Spark. Shiva is one of my favorites.

    I wonder if you didn't redeem your purchase in time for the automated system to catch you when it distributed those in waves. I'm sure UWE would fix you up, though.
