  The Deluxe content is in the Natural Selection 2 folder, in a folder called DeluxeEdition - assuming your Steam is in Programs it'll be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\natural selection 2\DeluxeEdition\

  You can change the armor in the NS2 menu, think it is under General Options if you scroll down.
  
  As for OST and artbook, I found these at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\natural selection 2\DeluxeEdition

  Ive verified cache, closed and opened steam, launched and relaunched NS2, still do not have a DeluxeEdition folder, though my DLC tab says I have the Deluxe Edition so I know I have it. just no folder created in that location....
