Res over flow?

Does res over flow? Does it over flow from the player that has reached 100 res and does it over flow when the team res hits 200? (devs)

    with how long you been playing you should know this :(

    when players pres hits 100 it overflows to teammates

    tres does not overflow but when the commander is in the chair you get increase pres per tick
