Build 228 high ping issue

I really love playing on Korean 32 player servers (just because of the player amount).
But after this build 228 I can no longer hit ######.
The hit reg has gone terrible and my ping has went up 450->550.
Used to dominate the Koreans in the previous builds (even with ping as high as 450) but now in this build 228 seems like I can't hit properly even a standing skulk.
Also there is a big problem that I cannot change weapon properly (or use flashlight). You need to press the button several times until it responds.
Any idea what could have gone wrong?
