Is anybody else finding this game to be unoptimized on their system?

First off, my relevant specs...
- i7 930 @ 4.0 ghz
- 6GB DDR3 1600mhz ram
- Radeon HD5850 1gb VRAM Crossfire
I don't really have any troubles running any other games on 1920x1200 high settings w/o stutter, but this game for me is an absolute stutter-fest. So, as a result, I play with most settings at medium. Unfortunately, even at medium settings, I'll still get stuttering that hinders the playability of the game. Low FPS isn't even as much the problem - I get really high framerate (60+) most of the time, even with settings maxed. But further on as the matches progress, ill get occasional pauses of 1-2 seconds and by the time my computer has caught up - i'll be damaged or dead.
How is everyone else's experience running the game?

It needs lots of ram.
Is good or bad that texture streaming stuff? Because I haven't got it yet.
first 2-3 pages? more like as far back as the first release of Alpha. Good thing the topic doesn't get old or anything.
Obviously meant the influx of topics with the same subject matter. Posting more threads like this isn't going to optimize it faster. If it did then I'd encourage it more.
you're an influx of topics with the same subject matter.
Have you checked if both your cards are being used? I noticed that my secondary card wasn't being used at all and making a change bumped my performance up quite a bit. Have a look:

Figured it'd be best to start a new thread so it'd get seen.

Even on servers with 18 ping, lowest ping on server, every 10 seconds rubberbanding
It was different on every server, but was on every server...
I am new to the forums here and I have already seen enough disrespect from the fanboys here thinking they can troll
on users asking for support... I proudly say to these ###### who say to stop posting about stuff like this.. I tell you with confidence and not a care in the world.. "You people can go ###### yourselves." If its been a problem for so long, then it should be a majority of the posts around here as it obvious gets no attention. I came here did a search and now posting my experience as everyone else.. We do not live here, we do not care what things bother you... We live our lives and you will definitely not troll me off the internet so quit trying.. your the joke of the gaming industry.
There you can ban me now, but the devs should really put these punks in check
What's really strange is I go to record the rubberbanding.. I turn on my Fraps and start recording.. Fraps i reckon sucks up more CPU. What I am saying is that when I record the rubberbanding decreases..
If i play the game and when the rubberbanding occurs, i notice my ping jumps from 18ms to 150ms+
then drops back down....
When I run fraps, this happens about 90% less than without running fraps.. Tells me its a engine issue, not network.

Since you're new I'll let you off the hook with your comments about thread subject matter.

Do you have vsync enabled in game?
Also if the problem is worse lategame it more than likely has to do with the server tickrate. Use net_Stats in the console to observe the tickrate (30 is the best possible and should stay near there as much as possible. things get weird once they go below 25 ticks) as perhaps its the server you're joining if its not your FPS or vsync
