<div class="IPBDescription">with 3 monitors.</div>OK first of all let me make it clear that I am not interested in eyefinity. I am going to play NS2 on just 1 monitor, the other monitors are used for videos, web browsing etc...
I currently have GTX 550 TI card connected to two monitors and I am able to run NS2 very smoothly on 720p. 50-70fps I believe.
I am considering replacing GTX 550 TI with AMD Radeonâ„¢ HD 6870 just so I could use 3 monitors but I do not want to lose performance in NS2. I was wondering if anyone has the HD 6870 card and is able to run 3 monitors and play NS2 with good FPS?
I don't want to spend too much on a very expensive card. NS2 is the only game I play, and it runs great at the moment. So I don't need a graphics card that performs better than GTX 550 ti, as long as it can work with 3 monitors at the same time.
Any suggestions?
