Change the starting map after server restart?

<div class="IPBDescription">Why Summit...</div>How do I change the starting map from Summit to something else? It's not the first map in my mapcycle and I'm not sure where the server gets the instruction to start the server on that map.

    I think it's set in the command line when you start the server.

    Server.exe -name blah <b>-map ns2_veil</b> -limit 20, etc
