Client and server differ & Game crashes when Exiting

I started playing NS2 recently again or tried to start playing it again since my last time playing it was before the release.
I launched my game, tried to connect to a server but no matter which server I would pick I got a message "Client and server differ".
I went googling around for a solution and found something that has helped few players, but none of them worked for me.
I also noticed that my game crashes on each time I press the "Exit" button. I simply can not exit the game without having to stop the process.
What I have tried so far is verifying integrity of game cache, reinstalling the game, deleting all files from %appdata%/Natural Selection 2/, deleting the whole directory Natural Selection 2 from steamapps/common after uninstalling.
I have also tried moving the game from my brothers computer to my PC but even that wouldn't work.
Here's DXDIAG information log file. It was too big alone so I had to zip pack it.
