Lighting Help

I want to take the existing maps and change the lighting, but it wont let me select any of the lights. can someone help me with lighting the levels?

    What do you mean you can't select the lights, are they not visible or are you indeed not able to select them in the map editor. If they are not visible, you have to look for the layer and make it visible. What is the reason you want to do this though, I'm a bit confused...

    i figured out the layers and the lights show up but it wont let me click on it to delete it or modify it...

    Make sure that you are using the Select tool, and that you haven't accidentally filtered lights out of selection (bottom bar, middle right - if the button is down it means you can select it).

    also you guys dont have zfacing camera decals yet do you? to put in bulb flares on some of the lights like star trek movie and mass effect?

    any way to make lens flares that follow camera.. this is a shop job but was curious

    There's no-way to do that right now.

    Lens flares are on the list of possible graphical improvements that could be added to the engine.

    Eyes, like every other lens, have lens flares too. They don't look exactly like camera lens flares though. They're kind of like a mix between <a href="http://www.mpi-inf.mpg.de/~ritschel/Papers/TemporalGlare.pdf" target="_blank">this</a> (although lenticular halos and ciliary corona tend to be much weaker) and the sun effects in Battlefield 3, with some extra crap thrown in.
