Looking for Talk on Online Communities

I recall seeing a while back a talk/panel at some convention. There were two guys and they talked about games and their online communities, and NS popped up as an excellent example (big factor being the Ready Room). They also discussed Forum layouts and some other items.

Does anyone know what talk I'm thinking of and have a link?
